Early Learning Manor Lakes Kindergarten 28 Modules •3,050 SQM •78 working days on site •132-Person All Projects Manor Lakes Kindergarten represents a significant milestone for Grove and a benchmark in modular education delivery. Designed to support 132 children, this 28-module facility is Grove’s largest kindergarten project to date, purpose-built to meet the evolving needs of early learning environments at scale. Delivered with precision and speed, the project was completed in just 78 working days following a six-week manufacturing period, with handover achieved in January. This outcome reflects the strength of Grove’s fully integrated delivery model, combining manufacturing, construction, and site works into a seamless process. A Full Turnkey Education Solution The project was delivered as a complete turnkey solution, encompassing every stage from building construction through to external works. This included access paths, fencing, and a comprehensive landscaping package designed to complement the learning environment and support safe, intuitive movement throughout the site. A defining feature of the development is the 1,050m² purpose-built outdoor play space, designed to encourage active learning, physical development, and exploration. The external environment plays a central role in the overall educational experience, extending learning well beyond the classroom. Purpose-Built Learning Environments Within the 1,050m² building footprint, the centre has been carefully planned to balance functionality with flexibility. It includes two large play spaces, dedicated office areas, and modern bathroom and storage amenities. Each space has been designed to support efficient daily operations while enabling high-quality early learning delivery. The internal layout prioritises natural flow, visibility, and adaptability—ensuring the environment responds to the needs of both educators and children. Setting a New Benchmark in Modular Education Manor Lakes Kindergarten demonstrates the potential of modular construction to deliver high-quality education infrastructure at pace, without compromise on design or functionality. The project highlights how scale, speed, and thoughtful design can come together to create environments that genuinely support learning outcomes. It also marks a significant milestone for the sector, delivering the Victorian School Building Authority’s first 132-place kindergarten within the modular program.
