Education Laa Yulta Primary School 29 Modules •10-module classroom buildings •1-module toilet block •Refurbished 4-module art building All Projects Grove recently completed a significant modular education project at Laa Yulta Primary School, delivering a total of 29 modules. The project included two 10-module classroom buildings, a 1-module toilet block, and a refurbished 4-module art building, combining new builds and thoughtful refurbishment to create modern, functional learning environments for students. The modular buildings were constructed efficiently off-site, with the 10-module buildings completed in just 12 days and the 1-module toilet block in 15 days. Once ready, the modules were transported via 29 trucks and installed on site between 1–4 December, minimising disruption to the school community and ensuring a smooth installation process. Following installation, the Grove team carried out extensive on-site works, including connecting all services, constructing new concrete pathways linking the new buildings with existing school walkways, and reinstating a large grassed area. These efforts ensured the campus was fully functional and visually integrated with the existing school grounds. The project was officially handed over on 20 January, ready for the start of the new school term. The completed facilities provide students with modern classrooms and specialist spaces designed to enhance learning and creativity. This project demonstrates how modular construction can deliver high-quality education facilities quickly and efficiently, supporting schools with fast-growing student populations and evolving learning requirements.
