Designed to accommodate 66 children, the facility includes two playrooms and an integrated Maternal & Child Health (MCH) facility, providing a comprehensive early learning space. The preschool was constructed using 13 offsite-built modules, fabricated in just four weeks. This approach enabled: Faster site installation Reduced onsite disruption High-quality control standards Onsite works, including carparking, landscaping, and playground areas, were completed within eight weeks, resulting in a fully operational facility ready for children and families. This project demonstrates Grove’s commitment to efficient, high-quality, and community-focused construction solutions. By leveraging modular construction techniques, Grove delivered the Lang Lang Child and Family Centre on schedule and to the highest standards, supporting the growth of early learning infrastructure in the region.
