Works were carried out while the school was fully operational, ensuring the safety of students, teachers, and parents. Noise and delivery schedules were carefully managed to avoid disruptions. Any changes to the project scope were managed throughout the lifecycle, ensuring the facility met the requirements of the school and Department. Grove is proud to announce the successful completion of a new double-storey modular school building for Pentland Primary School. Handed over in November 2025, the school was ready to welcome students for Day 1, Term 1 2026. This project demonstrates the advantages of modern modular construction. The school comprises of 12 modules, including two stair towers, which were manufactured offsite in just 12 days. By building the modules offsite, we are able to maintain high-quality standards while drastically reducing construction and on-site time. The modules were installed over 4 weeks, creating a fully operational, double-storey learning environment. This fast-track approach minimized disruptions to the school and surrounding community, ensuring a smooth handover process. The new double-storey facility provides modern, flexible spaces designed to meet the needs of students and staff for Pentland Primary School.
