This contemporary facility demonstrates how precision off-site construction can deliver large-scale, high-quality infrastructure efficiently — without compromising on design, durability or functionality. Structure Taking Shape With the 36 modules including five pop-up roof modules taking shape, the two-level, 1,300m² pavilion will visibly come together in March- delivered and installed across 5 days. The ground floor will soon house: Two player changerooms with showers and amenities Two umpire rooms Public amenities Kiosk/kitchen First aid room High-ceiling scout hall Dedicated scout facilities with kitchen, storage and amenities The first floor will feature: Venture den Timekeepers room Club amenities Kitchen Meeting room Covered external balcony overlooking the grounds The Power of Precision Off-Site Construction This stage of the project highlights the benefits of modular construction – reduced on-site disruption, improved quality control, and significantly accelerated timelines.
